Low fat yogurt should be eaten instead of butter. One can also add honey in toast or bread. White portion of the egg can also be eaten. Mustard oil or rice brand oil can be added while cooking. Sesame oil is also beneficial for heart. Instead of flour, eat bran bread dough mixing it. Instead of red meat, chicken or fish can be eaten, especially sea food. Soya chunks or soya milk is also beneficial. Eat fruits and vegetables. 3-4 grams of salt daily is harmful for heart.
Brisk walk half hour 4 days a week.
Stretching exercise or free hand is useful for women.
Empty stomach or taking junk food is prohibited.
8 hours of sleep at night is important.
Do not smoke,but 60ml whiskey or red wine can be taken.

We often pack our our food when we go outside. We also pack food for children. Also take tiffin while going for work. Even when we go out for a picnic,we pack our food. But most of the time,we don't keep them properly,or pack is designed so that the germs are transmitted. So, focus on some special aspects while packing tiffin or food,this would be suitable for health.
Always wash hands before packing food. Put any raw vegetables or salad in waterproof plastic packet.
Pack food in a box after it is washed and cleaned properly.
Before using things made from the market,please read the instructions properly before packing foods in them. Specially, market made or expired things.
Pack home made foods and raw foods separately.
Eggs should be only boiled while taking outside. Take solid state including the shell. Not in other ways.
Should not be taken any food that can be eaten easily.
Sandwich can be packed easily. It is good to make and pack sandwich in the morning. If sandwich is packed in the bread packet,it remains fresh for most of the time.
Some people take sweets in tiffin. In this matter, home made sweets are healthier than the sweets made in the market.
